Implement skeleton(register, login) of a site in PHP along with admin (UI theme will be provided) - repost

A full responsive UI Theme will be provided which will have html, images and full documentation. Database to use : MySQLi If you aren't serious about completing the project, please do not bid. This includes an admin along with site, hence think twice before bidding. Implement the following skeleton features : 1.) Register : * Should be able to register using facebook, google, pinterest OR regular way * Regular way would have following fields : First Name, Email, User-id, password, agree-to-terms(check box) * On register a welcome email should be sent out to confirm email : * For users who have registered the regular way, they should get a link to confirm the email address (mark them active after confirming email address) * Format of the email should be picked from a database table called emailTemplates * For the email, pick any simple format, the First name should be a parameter * Make user who have registered through social media active by default * Question : Can you give me the ability to disable the option to allow registering the regular way from the administration site ? Let me know. 2.) Login * Regular users should get a dropdown login window * Active users should be allowed to login * Non-Active users should see a message saying they haven't confirmed their email address * When logging in show an option to remember the user for 30 days * Ask for user to login after 30 days have expired * Update user table when user logs in (timestamp & ip-address) * After "first time" login only, user is taken to a unique page - Reuse any existing page for this, name it first-time-landing or something * If not "first time" login, take users to a different page - Reuse any existing page for this, name it regular-time-landing or something 3.) Regular users can click on Forgot password (users will get a link via email to reset password) * If email isn't found, show message "This email doesn't exist in our system, are you sure you used this email to register ?" 4.) Mandatory to use PHPass and not anything else. If the site is hacked, all user information in the user table should be encrypted. 5.) Use the [login to view URL] in the provided theme to see how the login, register & help links should look like 6.) Provide a simple user administration functionality : a.) See total number of users registered b.) View all the registered users c.) Administer users : enable/disable, reset their passwords by sending them an email 7.) Provide a script or detailed instructions to install this on the host 8.) The theme is responsive - hence the register, login, forgot-password pages should be responsive. There is ample help in the theme hence shouldn't be difficult. 9.) While navigating, .php should not be seen in the url. Also the code should be documented. Remember someone else is going to build on this. 10.) Need the project completed in 3 weeks. Let me know if you have any questions. 11.)
