Need excellent webdesigners for simple sites

Hello dear freelancers, I need to find a professional web designer team to outsource my websites. These sites won't be very complicated as I'm mostly targeting SMEs. What I need from you is that you reply to the following questions : - how much do you charge for a simple site made with WordPress, started from scratch (with a bespoke design). So it means you won't edit a theme you already have but you will create the original design. Each site will have 5 or 6 pages, like home, products/services, contact page including a form to request more info, about us, testimonials... I expect the site to be responsive as it's more or less mandatory today. - how much do you charge for the same site than above with ecommerce functionalities, using plugins like WooCommerce or WP e-commerce ? - how much do you charge to create a mobile site ? In this case, you won't have to create an original design as we will just copy the theme of the current client's website to build a mobile version. Same thing, there will be 5 or 6 pages, home, products/services, contact page with a map to find the shop, tap to call button, well, you know what is needed for this kind of mobile sites. Finally, how easy/difficult is it to contact you online, i.e., when are you online, 5 days a week, more, what time ? A last request from me, as so many freelancers just copy/paste their same hype each time they see a new project, I need to ask you to put somewhere in your answer the words « I don't copy/paste ». This way I'm sure you are not one of them and that I won't lose my time with you. Thank you.
