214679 NOW & QUICK: wordpress changes

Hi there, I have a new wordpress blog, but there is some items missing: 1) should have a working optin box on the right sidebar (text boxes are already there + button, but NO functionality yet!) Should take Name and Email and verify, whether those fields are filled proberly, otherwise error msg. (please use AJAX like technology). Then data should be sent to a given email address. 2) Should have installed German language pack (currently English) 3) Should have a nice RSS icon Please see attachment for further details! I am looking for further changes in the future, so here you can show me your skills! Only programmers with PROVEN wordpress skills can apply (pls. provide at least one link to former worpress site you developed) php, AJAX a MUST! Programmer MUST work on its own, I am NOT there for frequent questions, communication ONLY through scriptlance, I did provide all necessary information in the attachment, will provide login info on project start, turnaround time today till tomorrow (Sunday).
