Word press theme and site

We provide service for htmlization of PSD templates. We are wanting to build a site that will allow customers to place orders for htmlization. We want to build this site using WordPress and are looking for a team to build a WordPress theme with all the necessary pages and order form etc. You can use psd2html as a reference site. Basically the requirement is: 1. The site has to be responsive 2. 2-3 design mockups for Home, Inner and Order Form each. We will review and approve one of these. 3. Conversion of the approved mockup to html and then WordPress theme 4. Creation of following pages: - Home Page - Inner Content Pages -- Services -- About the company - Order Form -- Ability to order htmlization services with all the various options (use psd2html for reference) -- Order confirmation and emailing functionality - Contact Us Form - Client Area -- Login -- Order History 5. Making sure all the pages work with full functionality as necessary The site has to be tested for compatibility in all the major browsers including IE, FF, Chrome, and Safari (all major versions).
