Bootstrap Site Background Video Edit

We have a single page site built in bootstrap. Please see attached document for entire site files. We're looking for a talented, PHP, javascript, CSS developer to help us make the change below. This is an urgent request, so developer must be able to make the changes within 12 hours after acceptance of project. There is code written for a video to play in the background ([login to view URL] - lines 94-109). But it is not working. We'd like the developer to make this work either by editing the existing code or adding their own code. We do not care which option developer chooses as long as it doesn't break the responsiveness of the site. As this is a bootstrap site, any changes must look good on mobile, tablet, etc... At completion, you must let us know which files you updated. Coding must be clean. Please place comments where necessary. Again, we’d like this to be completed within 12 hours after project acceptance. So please only place your bid if you can complete the project within that time frame.
