Dropdown menus not clickable on ipad/iphone

Hello, I need someone to write some jquery/java code to fix a issue with the iphone. On the iphone i can't click on the submenu. When i click on the parent item, nothing happens. I want you to create some java code that allows the sub-menu to appear when click on the parent item. Below is my attempt to fix the problem above.
