Slice + Code + a little bit of designing to a ready designed Blog Template

Hello Dear Designers. I have a blog which needs a re design. I have already designed in Photoshop the look of the template. The design is done 90% in photoshop, it needs slicing & coding done by yourself. However, there are some bits and pieces still not fully finished designed (hence the 90%) as it's regarding different functionalities like "social buttons changing color when selected", "Email list subscription form drops down from menu" etc. So that would need a little bit of design in photoshop from your end :) But all in all, the design of the template it self is ready. The Pages: 1. Blog roll page 2. Normal Text Page (Without the blog roll) 3. Contact Page 4. Shop Page (this one is more to integrate GO Portfolio Plug in together with Woo Commerce) On the actual template there are small functionalities that needs coding: 1) Main menu should become static in the top of the page when page is being scrolled down. 2) Black menu drop down design & functionality 3) White menu drop down design & functionality 4) When clicking on email icon in black menu, subscribe email list drop down 5) Search function in a drop down menu 6) Social Icons to change when being hovered 7) Social media icons to remain visible when post is being scrolled down 8) "You might also like" widget after each post 9) Subscribe to newsletter in the sidebar 10) Sidebar: Instagram, Most Read Posts, Archive, Most Commented Posts, Shop widget 11) Shopping widget in the footer 12) Footer: Social icons changing color 13) Footer: Contact form 14) Footer: Instagram widget 15) Footer: Subscribe to newsletter I have summarized all my requests in a word document. I will also send the ready templates in photoshop format. During this project we will have a close collaboration & communication contact while the web design is being coded & built. I'm available almost 24/7 on email, and it's important for me to hear from you if any questions. For me it is important to find a person who is very detail oriented. I don't like seeing designs where the pixels & paddings are not aligned. For me this is very important that there is harmony in the padding space and everything is aligned & evenly designed. The objective of my new re design of the website is to have a fashion magazine feel to it. For this reason I would like to find a designer who has an eye for this type of design, as it's very modern yet classic. Think Vogue, Elle, Harpers Bazaar etc. Another important role in this current re design of mine is social sharing & functionality. My requests are important as I need to go in to detail that everything will be working smoothly. In this field both design & coding ability is strongly required.
