Expert Blog SEO/Designer needed for designing blog template with my help

I am looking for a blog SEO/design person that has used the software [[login to view URL]][1] and plug in's for wordpress blogs. This software I bought comes with numerous customized templates and plug ins looking for someone to set up my blogs on my servers and enter my adsense codes, set up rss feeds, various affiliates links with graphics, and add each of my websites header graphics to the top of the blog. We will design each blog (5 blogs) to look the same at least structure wise like a template but with it's own unique customization. I have done similar databases & structures for full websites. Each of my blogs are built into each of my sites in the nav bar so I need links built into the blogs that when pushed would send people back to the home page. I am not a blog person so I'm looking for SERIOUS SEO and design blog professionals that have designed and SEO optimized for other top internet marketers. I will be also utilizing some of the top blog software tools RSStoBlog and RSScontentbuilder and AssociateFeedeGenerator once my blogs are completed.
