Content Upload function for website

we are a web services company and need someone to finish the programming of a ‘Content Upload’ function for our website. This function consists of the following features: Customer Logon, Project Listing/Status, Content Upload. Our customers must be able to logon, see their projects (i.e. website, logo, etc.), then be able to upload their content files to us (all formats: .doc, .txt, .jpg, .gif, .tif, .bmp, etc) to the server location that we direct. We have completed approximately 75% of this programming, and need a pHp programmer to finish. must be done pHp. Looking for individuals and not companies. No auto response pls.
