492715 Image rotator PHP

I have a web cam that creates 10 images, and then starts over again creating to new images but with the same name series. The series of images are like this [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I have a webpage that uses java to rotate through each image per second. The only problem is, the browser is caching the first 10 images and does not load new ones. I need a javascript or php code that will cycle through the 10 images and then start over at [login to view URL] and display new image. I believe this can be done by appending the image file with a random number? like [login to view URL] [login to view URL] the link above explains what i am trying to accomplish. This must be done within the next few hours. $25 is the budget and if you get it done within 1 hour a $5 bonus.
