Oscommerce, re-arrange of product images and new button

We are looking for a long time partner that can do a good and fast job with out Oscommerce store. We have lots of modules and special programming in our shop, newbies please stay away. Last programer cost us thousands of Euros in lost for bad programming. We would like to re-arrange our product images, currently when more than one picture is available the additional pictures are displayed at the botton of the page below the description. We want to put all images together with small thumbnails together with the main image. Also we would like to change the "Buy it now" button of our site. This is a very small programming, if everything works good and you have lots of experience we can do more work together. I have more than 30 new task for our shop, simple and complex. thank you
