"Whats on guide" FULL Website Project

Below is a brief/spec of what we require The site is to be a whats on guide/business directory which has a diary system at its heart. The diary needs to be visible to all visitors and accesable by admin and advertisers. Ideally with each advertiser having their own diary/upload area that links to the main diary. A user diary for each registered visitor which they can use to add events from the website or add there own info to use it as a personal diary as well. The website will also contain: Bespoke event website Diary with links to events Members section – with login areas Personalised members diary area Personalised members blog Ability to take payments (paypal) for event advertisers Ability to upload event images and details Optional facility to display banner advertisements Administration panel Ability within the sign up process to capture email addresses and to communicate with these. Multiple email creation Google maps Built in Search Engine Optimisation (basic onsite optimization) I would like to go live 15th November but would ideally like some screenshots of a proposed layout within two weeks
