Spring/Spring Rich Client Platform Project

I want to develop a business app using spring and the spring for server side and spring rich client platform for client side code. The project will be follow the architecture to the sample app provided with the spring jpetstore example provided with spring and will be configured to use a mysql database for persistance. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
