YouTube Clone + Image Upload Site Needed Urgently!

Ideally i am looking for those who have a script same as [login to view URL] If you have a YouTube clone script: 1:Install it on my Server! 2:Integrate the design that i will give you! (in Adobe Fireworks PNG SOURCE), As i want my own design for this site. 3: Can you also add Image upload functionality? i simply want that just like movies, user can also upload images and other peoples can comment on that images.??
