102130 Autosurf/Marketing Surf

I'm looking for an EXPERIENCED Programmer with at least 7yrs of knowledge in php, MYsql, Java-script, and payment interfaces and a good knowledge of protective security measures to prevent spoofing of data and malicious injections of harmful data and help avoid any known exploits. This person must be highly ethical in nature, trustworthy, reliable (as there will be other work in the near future for LARGER projects). The programmer must be able to test the code out themselves before passing on for beta-testing. I would also like to see the beta-testing site to help spot any wrinkles as the coding is being developed. I'm on Skype and or yahoo instant messenger during the times the work is being done. The coder must also possess good database management / development to help reduce any unnecessary stress that will be applied by this project since it's quite data-receiving intensive on the server(s). This person must also be able to provide support IF something were needed to be fixed or altered slightly to improve performance throughout even once payment has been made. The coder must leave all coding unencrypted, and not copy or sell to others and must reside in the United States and has a good track record that can be verified and other work/portfolio's previously made checkable.
