Create a similar Website to the Example Provided

I am looking for someone who can create and copy a website like this [login to view URL] Skills Required: good php skills, photoshop editing skills, must have a good understanding on how internet marketing works. It is basically a simple quiz site for a specific music artist Fans. You will not copy the entire website but only the page and the subpages provided above. All in all this project will have an estimated total of 10-12 page.. These are the Features I require: 1. Design a similar template to the site above (use different image). 2. Create 8 questions in every page, 24 questions in total. You can copy the questions and answers in the example site since I will change it later on. 3. Every page will have a progress bar similar to the example site. 4. Question 8,16,24 will be a yes or no sponsored question such that when the user clicks the yes answer it will open in a new window. 5. After the user finishes the 24th question they will be forwarded to a page with an iframe to different offers that I will provide. [login to view URL] will then go through 5 rotated iframed offers(see example above to get an idea) 7. After step 6 they will fill-up a 2 field form (Full Name and Email). 8. Their quiz result will be displayed. 9. Integrate the facebook share feature so they can publish their quiz result in their facebook wall. I will only award the project to freelancers with a high feedback and completion rating. Do not bid if you haven't done any projects before. If you have created a quiz site before it will be an advantage but not a requirement. Submit to me your previous work so I can make a judgement if you are qualified for this project.
