Modifications and Add-On

Hello All, I purchased PHP Pro Bid and need some changes made for the website I am trying to get up and running. The website is [login to view URL] for viewing needs. The changes I am looking for are as follows: Site Template 1.) Would like original “Sell” button which reads “Post Project” to link up “Post Project” in the Reverse Auctions section. [login to view URL] 2.) Would like the Categories section that runs vertical on the left side of the page to be associated with the Categories list under the “reverse [login to view URL]” page. Starts with “Automotive and ends with Writing & Translations.” 3.) Would like the Browse bar to be associated with the reverse auction categories. 4.) After logging in, I would either like “Member Area” that runs vertically along the left side of the page to be removed from all pages except the “[login to view URL]” page or by default be closed and it is up to the user to click on the plus sign. Home Page ([login to view URL]) 5.) Would like to get rid of everything to the right of the Categories so I can create my own section. 6.) Would like to rearrange the buttons. Bid Projects (reverse_ [login to view URL]) 7.) Would like to change the wording “Reverse Auctions” to “Recently Listed Projects” 8.) Would like to get rid of the “Search Reverse Auctions.” 9.) Would like to get rid of the “All Categories” which will place the “Category Pages Featured Reversed Auctions” below the new wording “Recently Listed Projects.” Post Project ([login to view URL]) 10.) Would like for “Submit Reverse Auction” to say “Submit Project.” I am also interested in an add-on that when using Reverse Auction (which is the primary way my sight will run), I would like for the bids to be able to change pending on what other users are doing. Example: If User A bids $5,000 on a project and User B bids $4,800 on the project, I would like User A to be able to rebid at a lower amount ($4,700) if they would like and so on for all User's bidding on a project. I would also like the bidders to be able to withdraw from the bidding process as well.
