Parsial Payment system for paypal

Hello! im looking for a professional programer that can reprogram a script, it is not working because it has missing files that needs to be programed and i dont know which files are missing. here is the description of what the program should do: i need 2 scripts and the first script should do this: i have a game toplist that shows the top 10 registered site´s banners in each category, i want all members to have a chance to pay a small sum of money each month to have their banners shown even if they are not at the top 10 in any category. payments should be made through paypal and it should be easy for me to change how much it costs, i should also be able to easily change prices in any category. i also want a ban system that can ban sites from being able to buy premium membership, i should be able to ban by "ID number" and "Website URL". Members that advertise premium membership should receive an email 5 days before premium membership ends, telling them this and also a link where they can extend their premium membership by paying. The second script i need is almost the same as the above, this script should be used for selling out text links on my toplist. features needed for this script are: i must approve all text links before anything can happen! when i have approved a text link they should get an email telling them if they where approved or not, and if they where approved they should get a link to which takes them to the paypal payment. they should be able to buy text links in all of my different categories. advertisers must also be able to pay before their advertising time is gone, an email should be sent out a couple of days before the time is out telling them this and also a link so they can purchase a new month I should be able to set maximum number of text links in the categories, i also need a ban control for this script. im looking for someone who is experienced in this kind of work, so if you are PM me or if you have any questions at all PM me!
