Permanent Geoclassifieds Programmer

I am looking for some asistance with Geoclassifieds programming. The html and CSS portions I could do myself, I just dont have much time, so I am looking for some help with this. I am also looking for a geo programmer that could change the listing process on my Geoclassifieds website. I want the process to only be on 2 pages instead of 7-8 pages. I think that is a little rediculous. The last person that I talked to on Freelancer told me what I am asking for is too hard. If you think you can do it, I would love to hear from you.
