This is a multistage project the purpose of which is to code the interface for an online game (not a real time or highly graphical game). The bidder will charge an hourly rate and will be paid at the end of each milestone, of which there are six. This job is for PHP coding as well as some AJAX and JavaScript. The web pages and database have already been created, leaving only the coding and some minor adjustments to the tables, specifically assisting in setting-up proper indexes.
Bidders must have superior experience with PHP, be able to write clean, efficient and well commented code, communicate in English without error, maintain a regular number of hours per week, communicate frequently and effectively, and be able to both start as soon as the bidding ends and dedicate at least 30 hours per week to this project.
A spec sheet is provided which details 90% of the first step in this project. This document details the required functionality on a page by page basis and is representative of the type of documentation you will receive throughout the life of the project. You should see by way of the documentation that your work is pretty straight forward coding, not requiring you to figure out very much as I’ve already done it.
My estimate is that this project could be completed in less than 40 hours but I’ll allow quite a bit of leeway for good coding. I will cancel work if the winning bidder fails to demonstrate the listed professional qualities and delays the project due to failure to meet any of the above criteria. In other words, don’t waste my time; I want this project completed in a timely manner.
Quality service gets first dibs on coding additional games.
