php/javascript (or ajax, css) file upload progress bar

Great programmer needed to create a PHP upload progress bar by possibly also using javascript/ajax/CSS. This needs to be done without patching php or without doing any major installing or configuring on the PHP or Apache side. It must be compatible with PHP/4.3.3 and Apache 2.0.47 and properly documented and commented for ease of customization. It should also be cross-browser compatible. The scripts should also allow for multiple file uploads if needed. I do not want this done in Flash. Description: -a simple file upload form with a submit button -upon clicking on the submit button, the progress bar and percentage of file uploaded will appear in the same window (possibly by hiding/unhiding an iframe) -after uploading is complete, control will go to another php script. Samples of recent work must be provided. Contact me with any questions or ideas of handling this project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
