Programming "Search Field" on simple website... php project?

This is rather urgent ... need done in the next 5-10 hours, so please bid accordingly. I have a client's website that is already done, has the search field already installed on all the pages, but the search functionality and the programming of the search feature needs to be done. See attached screen shot for the site / domain name so you can see what website the project will be done on. I have all FTP / Web Hosting Backoffice, etc. login details. Sphider (Google it) is an open source option ... or any other custom search you have experience with. Not looking to spend a lot for something so simple, but need to get this done fairly quickly.
