Simple 5-Page HTML/CSS/PHP Website for my Graphic Design Company

Hello, and thank you for your interest in my Bid Request. **I'm a freelance Graphic Designer who needs a simple website that will be used to promote my business, display my Portfolio and Client Feedback, advertise my Services (and Pricing), and provide my Contact Information.** ** This should be a relatively simple project for someone who is adept at HTML/CSS/PHP**. **There is no need for anything flashy or extraordinary on this website. Just a five (5) page Website to use to promote my business.** I would love to have Wordpress backing the site, so that I can post updates (in "article" format) from an "admin" sort of account. Since I specialize in Web Graphics, **I will be providing ALL of the Graphics that will be required for this Website.** Basically, I just need someone to build a clean, simple site for me. I do **NOT** require any Web Based Applications or Flash, or anything else fancy. **The site will require One (1) Home Page, with the following four (4) sub-pages: "Portfolio", "Services", "Contact", and "About".** Of course, **I will be providing all of the content for this page. I can update the website myself,** but if the update requires more "Coding", then I will hopefully be giving you another project (based on the quality of this site). **You are bidding on a single Website Design project.** I am looking for a long term partnership with an experienced Website Coder that can provide WEBSITE Design options for my clients. **Basically, I will design the Graphics, and I will need a Coder available to provide the actual code for the site.** If you win this Bid, the quality of your work will determine whether or not you are suited to be my business partner. I already have a wide base of clients (worldwide) that require websites, and although I can provide Professional Graphics, I unfortunately cannot "Code" them myself. **Please post your bid if you think you would be a good fit for this position!** ## Deliverables **Requirements:** - **Full HTML/CSS** (possibly PHP, Javascript) **Website** - **Total of five (5) pages:** One (1) Home Page, Four (4) Sub-pages - **All Original** (no "FREE HTML/CSS Templates") - At your discretion - **WordPress or similar engine**, used for "admin" posts and updates - **Search Feature (site/web) would be nice**, but is NOT part of the contract. - **Expandable Portfolio Script**. Similar to: [login to view URL] - but possibly more refined. This is basically provided for you, but I hope you can make it better. - **Code for a Menu Bar** at the top (I will create the graphics and rollovers, simply let me know the size and format they need to be). - **Availability for modifications** (I am not hard to please, and I don't think there will be any need for modifications that I cannot do myself. I would like the chance to have the site modified by the original coder if necessary.) **What I provide:** - **All Content**, of course (If you would like to put "sample" content, that's fine.) - **Ability to update the site** (this is a one-time project, no updates required) - **ALL Graphics for the site** (Background(s), Header(s), Menu Bar Graphics, Rollovers, **ANYTHING you need... just let me know**.) - **Future Projects** (Like I said, I am looking for a long-term business partner to provide a reliable source of code when I have clients looking to purchase a full web site.) **I know that I have specified a lot of requirements, and the contract seems a little more than is necessary for such a simple site. This really is a very simple site, and I will be able to find similar sites to use as an example. I just wanted to cover everything, but I am not hard to please. I am a designer myself, so you do not have to worry about working for a strict Buyer.** I will provide you with a great rating based on the quality of the work. This website should not take very much time at all to create.
