****URGENT WORK*** NO TIME WASTERS!!!

this project is being re posted due to time wasters. i urgently need my half finished website completed. its about 70% completed,but the main parts still need doing, i dnt want to waste anytime any more. i need it completed within 30days max. i also am not going to pay upfront, because ive just been burnt to many times. please see the spec if any team can do it, id be glad to hear from them, but once again no time wasters. i need news feeds from 3 sites, [login to view URL] google or yahoo, i need a way that users can access their hotmail, gmail and yahoo account through our own interface. like hail the hotmail client, rotating ad banner, system, so we can get advertisers. a simple auction, or classifieds scripts, that is easy to use, ( u can get it free from [login to view URL]) i want users to be able to register, and use that one username and password, to access the forum and chatroom(which is already created) the auction section, classifieds, and also a dating section (which needs to be done) all in all its a small community site enough site, however i need it done very quickly and properly if anyone can do it then id like to hear from them, one more thing, to ensure the quality and speed of this project, i am also willing to share the advertisers profit with the team, about 30% so you will atleast have a regular income. and one more thing, i dnt mind spending that extra more money in order to get quality work, ive wasted to much time with losers, but however i strictly am not going to pay anything upfront. ive had enough of people especially in india conning me. but i know there are still some honest teams that are capable of doing this,. i look forward to hearing from you please get back to me as soon as possible, so we can start working on it. many thanx and happy bidding
