Order Form Calculator & PDF Generation (JQuery, Javascript, PHP)

Email sent to me with attached PDF of order details /// General Information: • This is a two page form • Form fields are already coded, named, masked, and partially validated • There is an existing JQuery Validation & Masking script being used • Roughly 60% of the coding has been completed and just needs to be merged/implemented into our current form. • PDF form/generation script is 75% completion. Need to add another page. • Documentation on our form, TCPDF, Masked Inputs, and Validation.
