461267 Add links to magento site

Hello, I need to make some changes to a magento website. The site is [login to view URL] Please look at the attached image of the links that I want added to the website. They are links to an external website ([login to view URL] and/or [login to view URL]) which I want put on all the menu, profile and city pages of the website. I also want two banners (one vertical banner on the left and one horizontal below the thumbnails) put on the following pages and their subpages: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] and any other top menu items create in the future [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] and any other city pages made in the future basically every page of the website needs a banner I would like to be shown how I can change the banners for any future changes. thanks you
