Affiliate Program Manager Script

PHP script using MySQL to store and manage account information for affiliate companies advertising on a website. The finished product would be similar to the websites of Commision Junction [login to view URL] and Tradedoubler - [login to view URL] Project requires a complete set of scripts to deal with client sign-ups from HTML form and convert the input data to be stored as fields in a MySQL table. The sign-up form will have the fields; contact name, company name, company URL, country, phone and fax and email. The client must agree to terms and conditions to be defined in the admin panel. A confirmation email must also be sent on completion and another email sent to the administrator to confirm the sign-up. Once each account has been created, the client will be able to add products via another HTML form with the fields; product name, URL, product buy URL, description, ammount per sale/lead and product image (jpg or gif format file upload). An email will be sent to admin for each new product. There must also be the option for the client or admin to remove a product. Each product created must have a unique tracking URL accessible by admin. When this is clicked by a visitor in a text or image link, the script must generate a 6 month cookie to be stored on their machine. HTML code for client to place on their site that will detect the cookie must be created and available in the client panel. This code will be for a)email lead URL (from client email field) b)buy URL for product (defined in the client/product panel. The codes will register with the MySQL db each time they are activated when the cookie is present and add the pre-determined ammount for a sale or lead of each product (defined in client/product) to the client account value. A real-time summary of account balance will be available to both client and admin panels. For pay-per-click, the client may define a price per click (min 0.05 GBP)and maximum monthly budget similar to Google Adwords. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Cheat-proof pay-per-click, lead and sale processes that only count one visitor. 5) Printable account summaries available to both client and admin in HTML from panels. 6) Fully customisable templates with header and footer options. ## Platform Linux, PHP, MySQL.
