I have a AWS account running plesk and I need to change permissions on a global scale so when a user is logged in via FTP they have full read/write permissions. Currently it they can add new folders however some content is not shown and also no information is being able to write on the server if done by the user.

The issue is probably due to the conflicts between plesk, your OS and your Web server. We can discuss this and debug it further
Hi CircleOfLinks. It not recommended to allow full read/write, it unsecure and just dangerous. Are you need write permissions in web folder?
