I have a AWS account running plesk and I need to change permissions on a global scale so when a user is logged in via FTP they have full read/write permissions. Currently it they can add new folders however some content is not shown and also no information is being able to write on the server if done by the user.
looking for someone with STRONG aws skills and understands it properly who can assist.

Hi CircleOfLinks. It not recommended to allow full read/write, it unsecure and just dangerous. Are you need write permissions in web folder?
I am a Plesk linux expert who has worked in the hosting industry, I am also experienced with AWS, this issue is likely an ownership or permission issue. Likely won't take too long to fix.
