Rewrite of Ezead Shopping Portal(repost)

**Ezead Web Site Brief Outline ** ** Ezead** needs to be an easy to use well branded E-commerce Portal providing innovative solutions for not only the Auction and Online Trading community but a site that all can use whether they are looking within their city - their state - their country or globally. Not Known only to a niche auction and trading community but is seeking to become a redefined online presence and identity - to promote the company's unique approach and vision to a global audience. Additionally, Ezead would like to promote additional capabilities including print(coupon specials) and interactive identity campaigns. The existing web site is a basic layout site with outdated content and technologies that I have built in my spare time. I want to be sure that you have a thorough understanding of the scope of the project and my expectations which are high - I am not interested in a firm that just wants to pledgarize someone elses code or work or does not have the capability to complete the job. Since the last bid request there have been very little changes in the site - with exception to some interface changes which I coded. Unfortuneatley I wasted a lot of time waiting for a firm that never did get a thorough handle on the sites requirements and do not want this to happen again. You can see it: [[login to view URL]][4] The case point outline of the site is work in progress which I have had to put on hold to deal with a family matter and hope to get back to next week..?? But have had some of the bidders assure me that they have a total handle on what is required without my finishing the case point till later and as I know that we must get on with the project to allow for a June 1st launch - so I am going to ask everyone to please take a good look and submit your final bid with an outline describing your understanding of what the project includes and needs along with the the programing language or framework you want to work within. This truly is a hug e job - much larger and more complex than I think a lot of you imagine. Please if you have not already done so download the zip file in the case point that gives an initial outline and then take another look at what is required.. The database MYSQL is currently being used? Is it best or do we have to look at other options? This gives you a basic outline of what is required - if you feel that you are up to the challenge and want to further pursue this please email me with a company resume so we can further discuss options - your recommendations. At which point I will forward a total wish list of items that need to be addressed and give access to the present code which has been set up on a secondary server!!
