Database improving on a classified ads website

Hi everyone, thanks for interesting on my project I bought a classified ads software but I want to make some changes on it, such as follow: I want the ads to have the option of publishing the website URL besides the regular solicited info. I want the ads not being allowed to publish if they have no pics or images on them I want the ads being allowed ONLY if the customer fulfilled his profile. Go register yourself and try to publish an add, you will see what I mean and what I want. Also can you please check out the script? I can not see the pics of the ads, I noticed other people can't see them either but some other ones can see them. I can see the pics on my cel phone, just not on my pc.
