250517 MySQL - PHP Site Enhancements

I have the site salesdata dot com. The admin section enables me to easily change prices, manages users release data with or without payment etc. Actually, it is a rather nice admin and member area. We need to be able to offer client specific pricing in the admin section of the site. We are not able to currently do this. Currently when we set the price it is site wide and not user specific. I would also like the ability to offer coupons or discount codes so clients can enter the code to receive a discount on their order. I would generate these codes from the admin section of the site and from there I could set the percentage reduced and set an expiration date. I have a client that would like a clone of the script and functions of our data query system so they can offer the same search features to their clients. I think there may be a better way to accomplish this. I'm open to suggestions. Maybe the admin section could be enhanced to enable major clients the ability to purchase wholesale from us and retail to their clients. We could input a prepaid balance that they would debit from or alternatively charge them each week for their sales. We would remain invisible to their clients. We could just give them a duplicate of our functionality (not design just search forms) of our site on a sub domain of our main domain and then they can take it from there and have a site designed using our back end functions. I would like the option of not charging these clients anything in case they pay us monthly for the service at our local location. I would also like a section added to the sign up page that enables user to input a number where we can track sales by that number. This is so we can track the dollar volume of sales for each sales representative. In the admin section we would set up sales representatives or affiliates with these numbers. We will need to be able to run a report at end of month indicating sales during the month attributed to each staff person's number. When bidding if you would mention in the admin section the cost for each feature above I would appreciate it. This way I will know if one section of the projects is not feasible to do at this time or what features we can move forward with. Thank you for your consideration.
