570135 PHP Modifications Required

I need my members website when they access a certain section in the site after 14 days they will no longer be able to access that specific section in the site. In addition I need them not to be able to re access specific section of the website after they have accessed it once. I have a form on the site I was the user to only be able to access the form once and after they access the form they will no longer be able to access the form again. When the form prints I want a copy to be sent to the registered users email as a pdf.
