I need help finishing a site for a client. I have 85 % of the site done. Sign-up form - I need a forgotten password link and processing, I need a text box changed into a drop down box listing all the countries with the main ones up top. Then I need all the validation done on the form. edit profile form - I need to change current payment method to a dropdown box drawing methods from Mysql. and then two password fields one for conformation that updates the mysql database with the new password and redirects to edit profile page with a message saying the password was sucessfully changed. withdraw form - payment/currency made into dropdown boxes. Show the users total points and current exchange rate based on the users default currency selection on signup conformation page on withdraw. Then I need a withdraw history table created from mysql showing the withdraw history. Last integrate an OS ticket support form into the support link. No design is required just a basic layout in the provided template.
