170272 User Registration System

I need someone to build me a php program that will allow people to register for an event. I'm going to want to start as soon as possible with this so please be ready. Here is what I will need this to do: - User completes a form - User chooses the city that they want to attend - Submits information and is prompted to make a payment via Paypal - Receives confirmation screen and email upon completing payment saying they have successfully registered - Email sent to site owner saying that someone has registered or registered and paid. (My thought is that the email is sent even if they don't pay just so we can follow up with them in the event that maybe they had a technical problem with making the payment) - Ability to view user info online and be able to export to an Excel file These are the fields on the form that the users will have to complete prior to making their Paypal payment: *Name *Address *Phone *Email Mobile Preferred method to contact (maybe just a comments box)
