Write PHP code to accept, parse and store data from uploaded .xml file to MySQL db

Need to allow a user to upload a .xml file, parse the file and store the file into a flat file in a MySQL db. See attached files for example files and desired output layout along with notes describing the file nuances. Please note that there is small budget for this as is for personal use for prototyping purposes only. However, there is high probability for follow-up work.

I've read the project specifications and I think I can do it in 1 day, 2 days in the worst case scenario. I will make a simple php file in which you upload the xml files you want and then it will parse them and store the parsed information in a table. I can also make a simple page to list and query the table.
