1. add in admin section an option to allow sending customers a receipt if its on in admin area then users will be sent an email
2. add in admin section and option to send site admin an email when an order is placed if its on then the admin will be sent an email.
3. add code to process email template and send the info
the email templates should contain a the payment gateway transaction id, a list of items and description of the products ordered the price of each item, the shipping charge, tax, and order total.
