usenet interface to my website

I have an adult gay forum, [login to view URL] I want a 2 way usenet interface created So, when a new message or Image/Video is posted to my website, we will automaticly post that image/video to a list of usenet groups. The images will be uuencoded, and maybee multi-part. Also, when a new message is posted to any usenet group (we will make a list of groups to check), that image/video or comment should be posted to our website. we need to support all the most popular usenet image and video formats. like yenc, uuencode/decode, par there are about 5 more, not sure what they all are. We should have 2 modes.... realtime which will do new items only, and batch which will synchronize back in time to a specified date. (good if usenet server or our website is down, and we must do posting later) Lastly, we should have some kind of spam detection rules for items coming from usenet: Number of images by user quality of images replies to thread time between message by user user ban list newsgroup name user approve list message string detection (approve / disapprove) message subject detection (approve / disapprove) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
