Mission Critical delivery schedule required. 2 weeks. Project Description: --Need a simple, easy to use communication tracking application. --Send and receive email --write letters via WYSIWYG editor --User needs the ability to track sent and received communications to customer, general counsel and domain squatters. --Manage the communication by case number or discussion id. --Maintain communications history --The user needs the ability to add templates (pre-defined content by type) --Auto signature User Story 1: A user needs to send a communications (email) that's not associated with a recovery case. ..The user selects “New General discussion” ..The user will give the new discussion a “title” (the title is a unique – similar to a discussion thread) ..The user selects who the communications is meant for (.i.e. Customer, Attorney or Squatter) ..The user select the email address of who the  discussion will be sent to (if no email exist then the user can enter a email address) ..The user enters their comments ..The user can save as draft or send. User Story 2: A user needs to send a communications (email) that's is associated with a recovery case. ..The user selects “New Case discussion” ..The user will select the case#   (the case# is a unique number– for this discussion thread) ..The user selects who the communications is meant for (.i.e. Customer, Attorney or Squatter) ..The user will select a pre-defined template ..The user can make modifications to the contents of the template ..The user select the email address of who the  discussion will be sent to (if no email exist then the user can enter a email address) ..The user enters their comments ..The user can save as draft or send. ..The user save as a PDF and send Project Requirements: ..Allow the user to create and send a communication to anyone ..Track all communications by user by case by Brand by TLD ..Allow the user to select a template (letter) that will auto populate the contents of the communication ..Allow the user to create a communications with using a template (or have them select a blank template). ..Track all returned communications (similar blog) ..Provide the ability to upload a file and attached it to a communications thread ..Export data ..Column sorting ..Search with filters ..Assign alerts to any communications by alert type (followup; To Do) Project Deliverables: --Prototype UI --Documentation of the proces --New DB --A UI for selecting the communications that the user wants to send --A WYSIWYG editor to write communications --A UI to show communication thread by user by case,  or by topic --Ability to save any communications as a PDF file --A UI to allow the user to create/save/update a template --Communications Summary report
