Excellent coder for a quick facebook application is needed

If you write bug free code and can provide a nice layout too then do bid: I need a fb app that will work as a point system. People can get points through various ways defined by the admin, like twitting a message, posting at fb, suggesting fb friends to the app, etc. The admin can define rewards for points and the messages to be sent once the action/s is/are performed. The application should protect itself by making sure users do not trick the system (IP, cookies and per user controls applied.) I do not want someone to disappear after the delivery so bid if you plan to be there in the long run.
