Remote Desktop Software

We're looking for a Remote Desktop Software that is not outrageously high priced, and must have certain features that we require. This software must not be a subscription based, and it should be a one time payment to purchase the software. We don't care if you create the software from scratch or if you find us a ready software that will have all our requirements. Which also includes a billing system. ## Deliverables We're looking for a Remote Desktop Software that we don't have to pay monthly, annually for it. Just a one time payment to purchase the software, and no more fees. The software MUST have the following features: - Easy to use - Very Secure and encrypted - Instant Chat - Must go thru customer's firewalls regardless of his situation - Record Sessions if we choose to - Reboot remote computer into safe mode - Manage multiple accounts simultaneously - Real-Time Streaming (connects fast) - NO INSTALLATION REQUIRED BY THE CUSTOMER - Compatible with all versions of Windows / MAC / Linux and server operating systems - Capable of 2-way File Transfer - Email Invitation capability - Usage Statistics - Whiteboard - Retrieve System Info - Multiple Monitor Support - We need to integrate our company logo in it - many or unlimited simultaneous support sessions - Easy tutorials must be included so we can train our technicians - Integrated billing system that will bill by the time used by the client (whether by the minute, 15min, etc?) If any of the above requests are not bundled with the software, please inform us and depending on the price of the software, we may or may not accept it. Currently we don't care too much for smartphone support as we're not aiming to support these types of systems in the near future. NOTE TO ALL BIDDERS: you have 2 choices to choose from: 1) find us a pre-made software that is available in the market which meets all our requirements, and you can make a small referral commission (one time, not recurring). 2) create a software which is capable of all of our requirements, and if you are able to include other options that may benefit us, please let us know as well. in both choices above, we need a price quote + time frame of delivery when you make your first bid. The way we need to use the software is as follows: "Technician A" connects to the system using his own credentials. "Customer A" goes on our website, and sees that we offer remote assistance for a fee, "Customer A" agrees to the terms and conditions and clicks a button that starts a simple chat session with "Technician A". "Technician A" and "Customer A" discuss what the problem is and if it's possible for the tech to resolve it remotely. "Technician A" sends somekind of a link to take "Customer A" to a payment form, "Customer A" accepts the charges and prepays online. "Technician A" receives a confirmation that "Customer A" paid for x amount of hours of remote support, "Technician A" then sends a request to remotely control "Customer A" computer, "Customer A" accepts the remote request, "Technician A" starts his work, when time is about to expire, "Customer A" will have the choice to continue by paying extra charges, or to leave the session end on the time agreed. Unless there is a better payment system that we can integrate into the remote desktop software which will automatically bill their credit card as soon as the session is ended, that would even be much better than what I explained. But I'm not sure if that's possible or not. Of course the billing system must have the ability to track how many minutes, hours, of billable time was used, and the ability to refund to unsatisfied customers, as well as calculating the Canadian Taxes. We also would like to be able to view the customer's names, phone numbers, address, email address, and the type of equipment they are using, so we can have a record of it for future marketing purposes.
