Great graphic designer with great programming skills required asap, long term positions!

Hello, i need a great graphic designer with great programming skills! I usually outsource these two skills sperately but right know i need one special freelancer with both packages. Please place portfolio of designs and websites done to be illigible to receive job. Those that dont do this will be ignored. 1. I need a simple clean template for my oscommerce store. Logos and header is alreday done, this is just a simple template so my programmer can use to intergrate with teh script. Files must be in html. 2. I have three pages for my membership site. The homepage is done. But the registration page, login page, and membership area is unfinished. I need a designer that can not only design these pages, but also upload to the appropiate area without editing the programing files. This is a content managment software, so you need to be careful when uploading the new files. The freelanver must copy teh files on teir server, make teh images, and upload to their server once finish and test the files via paypal. If all works fine, the indivdual will then need to upload to my site, and full paymen will be sent once all files are done and on my server. Im honest and reliabke buyer, look at my feedback, 100% perfect :). Im looking for a special freelancer, and if you can do this then i will have 2 more projects waiting for you in the next couple of months. Take care and make sure you know what to do before you bid! Freelancer must have paypal sandbox so they can test the files before uploading. Need this done in 2 days.
