OSCommerce Website Redesign and Upgrade

Hi, We are after a new look and feel for our website as well as some new features. Basically we require a complete site make over including 1. New Logo 2. New professional look and feel to website 3. 5 new promotional banners for internal promotion and affiliates. I am after a simple design that looks stylish and professional and would like several concepts (with unlimited revisions) so I know I am getting something I am happy with. There are alot of new features that I would like to add. I have attached a list with the design and upgrade requirements in more detail. Please let me know if any of these features are particularly hard to implement and I might remove them from this project. I am after someone with good communication and is able to dedicate their time to this project as I want to get it up and running as quickly as possible. I have had a lot of problems with freelancers being hard to get hold of and being slow to complete projects. Please only bid if you fully understand my requirement and feel free to ask any questions. We have several OSCommerce and Joomla sites so we are hoping to build a long-term relationship with a reliable professional.
