Social Networking Site Complete 1.0

This is a Social Networking site I am currently looking for a team to put together a complete 1.0 front end and back end development that will contain 50 pages worth work. The complete 1.0 will include the feature set of a generic social networking site including (Signup, login, search bars which will search for friends, and documents, widgets, video chatting, document editor (like google), a ecommerce Store, Chat bar, and real time update.) I currently have assembled a couple back end development team, which will need detailed documentation of code, which will be required while in the process of completion. Frameworks of your choice, we are using PHP, MYSQL. This will be Extensive work and time constraints will be crucial. You will have to converse with the back end team and graphics artist to make sure everything goes smoothly when hired and be formally introduce. This will be on a deadline of 14-25 days. Daily conversation will be needed and an NDA/Non Compete will be sent to you upon learning about the product and what it entails.
