Login Dashboard for Writers to Re-Purpose Articles Brought in via RSS

We are looking to build a web based platform that will do the following: -Add RSS feeds capability - to pull posts into a central dashboard by category ie celebrity gossip, sports, food...etc) - can add new categories and new feeds any time to pull in -Create editor box to be able to re-write an article from an RSS feed category , and ability to update title of article -Push rewritten article through Copyscape to check for duplicate content once it has been rewritten -Post rewritten article to an admin dashboard for review and approval -Admin credentials and login rights for individual freelance writers -Ability to add approved articles from admin to be added to our own RSS feed that can then be pushed to our website -ability to embed images to newly rewritten article -Ability to track and archive all articles written by each freelance writer -ability to set pay rates for freelance writers and earnings tab for freelance writers to track approved and declined articles and totals earned This web based software will be placed on a URL so that our approved freelance writers can access it via the web thru a secure login process
