Magento Project – special pricing groups and gift cards

Hope all is well. Our ecommerce website is www.midorilinen.com. You have bid on one of our projects in the past, and we were impressed with your work. We wonder if you are interested in the following small projects for the moment— We’d like to add a “Drop shipper” group which allows this group of customers special pricing, e.g. 35% off retail web prices, to log in and place their orders online. These customers will be subject to the same shipping charges based on weight, but will not get Free Shipping over $99. We also want to install a gift certificate extension online, so customers can order the electronic gift certificate and email to the recipient. Can you recommend a good extension?
