SEO - linkbuilding for Romanian website

Hi! I just launched a travel related website. URL in the attached file. Google just indexed it, only a few pages. It's on page 8-10 for different keywords. I need someone to work on SEO and linkbuilding so the website can be on top 3 for the attached keywords. I'm not sure if the website needs to be improved from SEO point of view or it's only about linkbuilding. Please review the website and let me know whan can you do about it.
