I need a software architect to develop specification for object database for a web application, I will pay you hourly rate for us to discuss project details. During this time, you shall review an initial user interface that is live on the Internet and other documents. We shall discuss the data structure required and you will come up with the specification requirement to develop it. A programmer shall be able to use the specification you write to build the database.
