Wordpress Development

Hello friends. i need an experienced wp developer finishing a project [login to view URL] . I have build a custom theme for wordpress and would like some help with the last issues. And i would like to establish a relation to an honest developer who wants to be my steady developer, for which i would pay 100 Euro a month for 6 Hours of work. And sometimes more if you have the time. About the first task. WP CLEANUP I want you to look at my theme and speed it up :) Until 14 days ago i used "Quick Cache" but then it stopped working... now i have tried some of the other plugins without much luck. so i believe you must be experienced with caching and WP Cache to check my theme for errors concerning this issue. Therefore i want you to correct the theme and decide which cache plugin should be installed and make this work! My page-speed-insights by Google has also dropped. I tried some stuff myself but i need a real pro to make this girl go faster.. the scores have become terrible. In this process i want you to eliminate render-blocking css and js on my page and compress them both. I suddenly have a lot of trouble with my forms and sending mail.. could not even resolve with SMTP... so now i got it working using Mandrill relay. But forms on site still not working every time though.. Could this be due to caching problems also ? Generally the site is suddenly not running as good as it used to.. A general health check of all site components is needed. The last issue in this task is making the pulze theme integrate with woocommerce. If i have wp footer on my woo-store, checkout is not working. radio buttons not selectable in payment options. so i have made a checkout without footer.
