Commercial use of a new VB.NET code generator

We are looking for .NET software developers to test and validate the use of a our new code generator (Thrulogic) on a commercial project. Your project needs to be: 1)VB.NET based 2)SQL backend 3)Data centric - a substantial amount of code will relate to tables in the datamodel. 4)In the analysis or pre-build phase. 5)Intended for commercial use. This will involve downloading the (free) product, reading the documentation and using the product on your project or a prototype of it, then completing a questionnaire. We will grant the you the right to use the generated code on the designated project (i.e you are not required to buy a commercial license), so it is likely that using Thrulogic will save time and money overall. Please take this into account when submitting your bid. ## Deliverables 1) We will ask you up to 20 questions during and after your use of the product, which you'll need to answer in a resonable way. 2) The answers to the questions need to provide sufficient evidence the product was used on a commercial project, and provide feedback regarding its use. 3) All questions must be in clear, readable english. 4) Agreement to followup any feedback via email or phone - this will not exceed 2 further contacts unless you agree otherwise. 5) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform VB.NET / SQL Server
