How to use this DLL in VB6

I had someone provide me with a DLL as a demo for another project. It is in Delphi but I program in VB6. So i need someone to create a small project in VB6 and use this DLL. It provides the rect area of a screen change. The demo dll will only work for 60 seconds just to let you know. So with the info me gave me below, create a VB6 project and get the left,top,right,bottom parameters from it and I guess save them to a text file. If you display them on screen, the dll will see it as a screen change. This should be simple for someone. ONLY BID IF YOU CAN DO IT RIGHT NOW! Must unhook at end of app. i've done a demo. the functions are called like you desired: SetHook(window_to_get_messages,SCREEN_UPDT_MSG,MOUSE_UPDT_MSG), however MOUSE_UPDT_MSG doesn't work yet.
